Designs For Women Specialist (Full Time and Part-Time)

Designs for Women is a concept that concentrates just on women and their specific needs, and offers a complete package of bikes, components, equipment and apparel specifically engineered for the female rider.

Down to the tiniest detail and measurement, every women's product is designed to fit the female body, built from the ground up to completely suit a woman's riding needs.

At Fort Dunlop, Birmingham we will have the largest Specialized Designs For Women selection of products in the UK, and in addition we will have a wide range of women's clothing & accessories from The North Face, Gore Bike & Run Wear, Orca, 2XU and USA Pro.

Our retail management team are responsible for the commercial performance of an individual store. As well as maintaining the Specialized & 559Active brand, they drive sales, identify key customer behaviours and look at new ways to increase turnover. All of which will ensure their teams are delivering the kind of customer service that gets people talking.

Joining our team at this level calls for a range of experience and skills. Firstly you'll need sufficient professional gravitas to provide effective leadership and coaching to your team. You'll also need a proven ability to manage people, product availability and internal relationships.

Our store advisors have a key role to play in helping us deliver a service people want to talk about. Whether your offering expert advice on one of our products, organising a service, fitting a customer for a bike, or serving on a till, you'll be committed to making sure our customers feel truly valued.

You will receive comprehensive training to enable you to offer quality advice on the products you will work with. Our sales advisors are the public face of the Specialized Concept Store and without your enthusiasm and commitment we wouldn't be able to deliver the fantastic service we are known for.
