Now available is a service online for you to order a Specialized or Globe bicycle and collect it in your chosen store. This combines the ease of shopping from the comfort of your own home with all the benefits and services the Specialized Concept Stores offer.
Only bicycles and frames that display the Click & Collect logo are available to purchase online. If you cannot see this logo on the product page and would still like to place an order please contact your nearest store.
Choosing a product and selecting the size
We do ask you to check the size guides before confirming your purchase. They are not a definitive guide, but a good starting point. If you have any doubts or questions please contact your nearest store.
Please check your order carefully. Incorrect items order may result in additional charges.
Delivery Information
Availability information and estimated delivery dates displayed on this Specialized Concept Store Website is from a central stock at Specialized UK. There may be additional stock available in store that we cannot display.
When Can I Collect?
After your order is placed confirmation e-mails or text (if selected) will be sent to confirm when your order is ready to collect. If the item is out of stock estimated delivery dates will be sent.
If you do experience any unexpected delays please do not hesitate to contact your store. We are always willing to help.

Placing an Order - How does it work?
Just enter your Post Code, and then choose the store where you want to pick up your order. No shipping fees apply.
As soon as your products are ready to pick up, we let you know. You can pick them up at your convenience.
Ship to Store fulfilment is powered by Shopatron to ensure safe and secure order processing. As your order is processed, we continually update you on its progress.
- You choose Ship to Store at checkout and enter your Post Code.
- We show you a list of authorised retailers in your neighbourhood.
- You select your favourite local store from the list. This store becomes your order pickup location.
- If the store has your products in stock for immediate pickup, we send you an email to let you know they're ready.
- If the store does not have your products in stock, we send you email to tell you when you can expect them to arrive. If customization is required for some items, we update you as the customization progresses.
- We notify you as soon as your order is available to pick up.
- You come to your selected store any time within 21 days to pick up your order. If you don't pick it up within 21 days, the order is cancelled.
Notifications and Confirmations
After your order is placed confirmation e-mails or text (if selected) will be sent to confirm when your order is ready to collect, or estimated delivery dates if out of stock.
Notifications sent will be:
- Order Confirmation: When we receive your order.
- Notification: If there is a problem with your payment information or if any additional shipping charges are applied to your order.
- Shipping Tracking Information: When your order ships.
Collections – Proof of Purchase, Credit Card and ID
To pick up your order, you must show the credit card you used to place the order and a government-issued photo ID.
Payment is taken from your selected debit or credit card when the goods are ready to collect. You will not need to pay anything to the store unless you decide to purchase additional items or you change your order.
Please note that the charge on your credit card bill will be from "Shopatron"
