This year along with our promise to always offer our customers the best prices, we are also offering to match any price advertised online on Specialized bikes with our Specialized Price Promise.
We will be matching our competitors prices should they offer reductions on Specialized products that we do not have listed in our current sale, including special promotion, one day sales and related reductions.
It's simple, if you see a Specialized product being sold by another bike shop cheaper than we are, then contact us here at Specialized Nottingham either by phone (0115 978 3876), e-mail or pop in store with a printout or link to the product you would like us to match, and we will check that they have the bike in stock. If they do then we will endeavor to match that price.
Usually we do not accept price matches from online only retailers, however, because we are matching our competitor's sales we have decided to include these retailers within our price promise. So provided the company has the same model in stock then we will accept price matches from these stores.
We will endeavor to match a price on any of our products as long as the exact same item is in stock and available at the store you wish us to match the price of. If the bike is different size, model year or colour then we will not match the price.
We will not be matching prices on our services, our price promise is exclusive to our products in stock at the time. We cannot match a price on any services as many companies will offer a different type of service to our own.
