He arranged for my son to borrow a bike to try before making a decision, which made such a difference and really showed that he wanted us to find the right bike rather than just make a sale. Jack gave us great advice throughout the process, answered all of our questions, and provided outstanding customer service. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he took the time to make sure we were completely happy every step of the way. What really impressed us was how efficient the team was. As soon as I said we would take the bike, it was fully built and ready to go within 40 minutes. The level of service and attention to detail was exceptional. "Thank goodness I came across Specialized in Fosse Park! I was really struggling with getting the right saddler for me, with an upcoming 66 mile charity ride around Loch Ness. Straight away Ali took me under his wing and suggested a 3D printed one, which he uses himself and swears by it. He even got my bike out of the car, took my old one off and fitted the new one. Sat on a machine which determines what shape is good for you. Their return policy, bring it back and try another, is so helpful.I ended up trying a few and they were so patient with me, nothings a problem. Of course ended up using the 1st one, but they were very understanding.Ali also advised on what to wear. Brad was also a massive help, with advice and even set up my bike in the shop, which was a God send. Also a shout out to Michael & Stef for there advice. It can be quite daunting starting out on road cycling scene, but the theme team at Specialized came to my rescue. Thanks chaps, Will pop in and tell you how I do, if I ever make it round Loch Ness Thanks again, truly x Andrew Greenough"
