"I’m really happy I bought my bike here. Ali was committed to helping me find the right bike at the right price and stayed engaged through a couple of weeks of deliberation. By the time I made my decision he’d helped with every part of the spec, including swapping out handlebars and measuring me for a saddle. Ali cared as much about me being happy with the bike as I did, and my first rides on the bike ended up being on a three day climbing camp - the bike was fast, responsive, handled super well on descents and was comfortable throughout. If I was in the market for a bike I would trust Ali to listen, understand what I’m shopping for, and use every resource to set me up with a bike that works from day one. Thanks!"

"What can I say?! AMAZING! I had a seized valve on my mountain bike rear wheel which had solidified over the winter as the tube was slimed and had leaked. I took it into Specialized Leicester (Fosse Park) to get it fixed. Expecting a whole new inner tube, I was amazed when I returned to find the guys, led by RICHARD, had identified a valve core was all that was required. Back on the road and enjoying the Spring air in no time and with way less expense. Top job chaps! Very happy customer ????????"

"My friends hired a couple of bikes for the day to join me on a ride, and the whole experience was excellent. The bikes were solid and set up really well. On my way to meet them I managed to lose a couple of gears, but the staff were quick to help and sorted out my silly mistake in no time. Last summer I also got a puncture on the way home when a broken spoke ruined my rim, and they still patched me up enough to get me back safely. Always very helpful — I highly recommend their service. 10/10. Thanks!"

"These guys are brilliant, had an issue sorted with my bike ,Micheal was brilliant took one look and sorted issue in minutes then took the time to chat to me about the bike and the Gen 4 .I’ve been here for various bits and pieces and the guys are all was helpful and polite, Stef, Jack , Micheal in the workshop and in fact the whole team very good . This is customer service at its very best, and others should take note. I know where I’m going to go when it’s time to get a new bike and I know I’ll be looked after not just at purchase time but also after sale.. I throughly recommend them."
