Specialized Concept Store Nottingham are pleased to announce we'll now be running monthly rides from the store starting on Sunday 15th January. The route takes us out to the east of Nottingham and into the countryside for a steady ride for a couple of hours. This ride is ideal to bring seasoned beginners and intermediate riders for into the Spring with a little more motivation and confidence - riding in the Winter alone can be tough but together we can help!
We'll meet at the store around 10.15 for a 10.30 departure. We'll have tea and coffee on hand before the ride to ensure you're fuelled up with caffeine and we'll ensure we have a sweet treat for all your hard work once we get back.
This is a no-drop ride so we'll never leave a rider behind. This is not a lead ride, this is a group ride so please be self-sufficient with your own water, food, tools, tube and a plan if we do happen to get split up. We are not responsible for your health and safety, just your fitness, fun and caffeine!

Where Can I Park?: There is free parking at the Nottingham Concept Store, simply pop our postcode into a Satnav and follow the directions.
Distance: 15 Miles approx.
Duration: 2 hours approx.
Average Speed: Steady (15mph approx)
What bike? Our ride is a fun and social ride but given that the average speed is 15mph we would recommend a road bike or similar. Should you wish to take the opportunity to take out one of our test bikes please get in touch to check availablity.
What Equipment? Although this is a fun ride, each rider must be self-sufficient. Please bring your own food, water, tools and navigation (Garmin/Smart Phone)
if you have one.

Dates: We will be running the Specialized Birmingham Breeze rides starting in June throughout the Summer. To sign up simply click the date and you will be taken to the Eventbrite website where you can sign up for the ride.
RIDE ROUTE
Join us for a fun and friendly ride in the countryside just outside Nottingham. Setting off from Specialized Concept store Nottingham This is a fairly gentle route heading out from the Specialized Concept Store to North East Nottinghamshire's beautiful flattish countryside. There won't be a cafe stop, we'll make sure we get some supplies in at the store so on our return we can enjoy those essential cakes and a cuppa! When we return, there'll be refreshments available at the store and an opportunity for a chat.
