TURBO COMO 5.0 LOW-ENTRY

It's not often an e-bike gets described as stylish' or fun', but that's exactly how we'd refer to the Turbo Como 5.0 Low-Entry. With its comfortable geometry, a futuristic and athletic look, as well as its fully-integrated motor, the Como brings a hefty dose of fun to the table.

The redesigned and seamlessly integrated Turbo 1.2 motor has a top speed of 20mph and kicks in to assist you as you pedal the bike yourself. We think it's might just be the most comfortable urban bike you've ever ridden.

Specialized's own RX Street Tune takes the benefits of a belt-driven motor (smooth, silent and vibration-free) and optimises the performance for an urban environment. This tech will work with you as you ride, responding to your strokes and adding extra watts to the power you're putting through the pedals. This obviously makes riding along easier, but it's also brilliant when you're just getting going, making accelerating from a standing start a breeze.

The custom Turbo UI-460 battery is lockable (so it can't be stolen or tampered with) and is very easy to remove when it needs to be recharged. We paid particular attention to the design of the battery, ensuring it integrates into the frame seamlessly. Whether you're riding bike paths or picking up an extra pint of milk, it gives you all the added oomph' you might need.

The bike has a custom computer too, with a 2.2-inch touch screen display. Developed in partnership with German tech company, BLOKS, the computer can connect via Bluetooth to our Mission Control smartphone app, which can make changes to the Como's setting on the fly. You can even flick through the computer's data screens to make adjustments without removing your hands from the bars, courtesy of the custom remote.

The frame of the Turbo Como is built around our Ground Control Geometry, making it easy to put a foot down at a traffic light, while getting rid of any struggles getting on and off of the bike. To top off all of these incredible tech features, we specced the bike with high-end gear, including Shimano XT/SLX 11-speed components, four-piston hydraulic disc brakes, racks, fenders, and built-in lights at the front and rear.
