MEN'S TURBO LEVO FSR EXPERT CARBON 6FATTIE/29

We ride to enjoy ourselves, but sometimes it can be easy to lose sight of that fact. We developed the Turbo Levo FSR Expert Carbon 6Fattie/29 to give you the power to ride more trails, ensuring that the excitement and exhilaration you experience by going out exploring never fades.

This model benefits from some seriously high-tech carbon fibre, as well as bearing all the hallmarks of a solid trail-crushing Specialized MTB machine. The use of the carbon gives you a weight saving of 450g vs our alloy Levo models, while the roomy top tube grants you an easy fit and really dialled-in control. Ultra short chainstays and a low bottom bracket provide the nimble, acute handling and super-planted ride feel.

The chassis of the bike is made with our FACT 11m carbon fibre, with an M5 alloy rear triangle, and the frame features integrated Turbo 1.3 motor and battery. The new iteration of the Turbo motor gives you 15% more power over our previous 2017 models. Not only that, the new gear delivers greater riding efficiency, with our own Rx Trail Tune on the motor making sure that additional power is supplied to the pedals smoothly and silently. Now it's easier than ever to climb back up the trail after a descent.

The output of the Turbo tech is fully adjustable, allowing you to tweak how much help it gives you, as well as conserve energy on the longer rides you're gonna want to take this thing on. The motor is also the only one on the market with instant pedal engagement, so you get the power you need to keep pressing on exactly when you want to. Torque is provided consistently throughout the full cadence range too, so you'll experience no jerking or lurching as you ride.

The battery itself is easy to whip out when it needs charging (or swapping over if you brought a back-up with you on your ride). The lifespan is impressively long, and both motor and battery are optimally-placed to keep the bike in perfect balance.

Our Mission Control App is incredibly useful for tweaking the output on the fly, while the Trail Display gives you a readout of those all important mid-ride metrics. The trail Remote allows you to change modes on the Turbo without even removing your hands from the bars, and there's a power meter too so you can see how many watts you're kicking out.

This models is specced with an hlins RXF36 fork with a plush 150mm of travel, SRAM Code R brakes and their X01 one-by groupset. The Turbo Levo FSR Expert Carbon 6Fattie/29 also benefits from our 6Fattie wheel system, engineered to decrease deflection, while boosting traction and flotation and fun. You have the option to run 29er tyres (not included) too, really amping up the bike's versatility.
