Women's Turbo Vado 2.0

The Women's Turbo Vado 2.0 provides a wide range of pedal-assist features at a price that won't force you to cut out your favourite cappuccino stop. Just like the more expensive models in the range, the Vado 2.0 has a set of features including a healthy burst of additional power designed with city riding in mind.

The integrated Specialized 1.2 motor has been completely redesigned for 2018. It packs a little less roar than those on our top range models, but has the same slick functionality and impressive performance. Our Custom Rx Street tune controls the output and works alongside the amount of force you apply to the pedals. In other words, the greater the power you're putting out, the greater the power the motor responds with. This belt-driven motor system works smoothly, silently and is free of annoying vibrations. The result Accelerations that are both quick and efficient.

We developed the Specialized U1-460 custom 460Wh battery especially for the Vado 2.0. It integrates seamlessly with the frame and can be locked in place but is removable for ease of charging.

You'll be able to rely on the Turbo Vado 2.0 for up to 93 miles in Economy mode. This estimate assumes combined rider and bike weight is 220 pounds, and that the terrain is a mixture of flat road and gentle inclines. In Sport mode the range of the battery is estimated to be 40 miles, and this drops to 25 miles if you're whizzing about in Turbo mode. You'd need to have a particularly lengthy commute to get into any bother with that sort of range!

We understand how important it is to be in control of the technology, so we teamed up with German powerhouse, BLOKS, to custom develop the Vado's 2.2 inch smart bike computer. With it you'll be able to connect via Bluetooth to our Turbo Vado Mission Control App. You'll be treated to a wealth of data including navigation, tracking, diagnostics and performance history. Smart Control gives you all the information regarding battery life so you'll never be left guessing your remaining power supply. Flicking between all these options is made easy through our custom handlebar remote, designed with your safety in mind.

Supporting all our innovative features is a reliable build set. We've chosen Shimano 9-speed components and hydraulic disc brakes to finish off the perfect bike for your busy lifestyle.
