I’m interested in this bike but unsure of sizing. I’m 5,9. Would I need a medium or large. Also what is the weight of this bike pls.

Hi Andy,

Thank you for your recent enquiry.

Size charts are a guide and at 5`9" you are a medium or just inside the large range, I would suggest a visit to a store with stock to try both for size as it will come down to how you as a rider feel on the bike.

Some customers prefer the bike to feel a bit more nimble and agile so a medium will be better, others prefer a more stable feel and a large would suit, it also depends on a customers individual body shape, arm, torso and leg length etc.

If you have to decide due to purchasing on the internet then I would probably go with medium although the final decision will be yours to make, as I cannot see you on the bike it is difficult to give you a confirmed answer.

Unfortuntaley Specialized normally do not publish weights for their individual bikes, if you do visit a shop with stock they should be able to weigh the bike for you, I would say it`s in the region of around 19kg.

Hope this helkps a littlwe.

Kind REgards

Ian
