When you're younger, filled with adventurous spirit and bursting with unfettered energy, the most important thing is a freedom to experiment. We designed the 2018 Riprock 20 for just that purpose, enabling your child to get used to riding all terrains as they seek out adventure.

The Riprock 20 is built around a lightweight and durable A1 Premium Aluminium frame using a geometry which offers a low standover height ensuring that getting on and off the bike is safe and easy.

The tough, kid-proof construction extends into the Custom SR Suntour XCT fork with its 60mm of trail-munching travel. Comfort, control and stability are optimised with the incorporation of wide 2.8 tyres on their 20-inch wheels, and the very best of stopping power is provided by powerful disc brakes.

When all you need is uncompromised stability, fun and performance for your child, look no further than the 2018 Riprock 20.

  • The A1 Premium Aluminium frame is lightweight and built to withstand the tough use by kids, while the geometry features an ultra-low standover that makes it easy for your little ones to fit on and grow with the bike.
  • Custom SR Suntour XCT fork features a sturdy construction and a coil spring that delivers 60mm of bump absorbing travel.
  • Super wide Big Roller 20x2.8-inch tires deliver tons of traction, comfort, stability, and fun over all types of terrain.
  • Tektro Aries mechanical disc brakes are low maintenance, easy to reach for kids' hands, and provide ample stopping power for improved safety.
  • Shimano Revoshift shifter is uncomplicated and intuitive for kids to use, so there's never any fuss in finding the right gear—just twist and go.

Not the lightest, however a great bike to get confidence levels up. The wide tyres grip well on wet and loose surfaces. The bike rolls fast on the flat. Disc brakes give great confidence and control. The range of gears make the steepest of hills possible. My son loves it. He rides local MTB trails as well as having used it in the Alps on family off-road trails. I have met a few people now who’ve purchased the bike and have never heard a bad word said about it. Basically it’s all about fun.

Great bike perfect for kids wanting to ride rough terrain. Don’t buy 2 cheaper bikes with constant brake issues buy one rip rock and be done with it. Also has a resale value when a upgrade is needed
