D'Aluisio Smartweld (DSW) is our patented process that uses hydroforming to improve weld strength and create lighter frames that outperform traditional alloy builds. This process helps us create a single-piece downtube and bottom bracket for the Crux DSW, reducing weight and increasing frame responsiveness.
With 47c/650b x 2.1” tire clearance, the Crux DSW can handle any terrain you throw at it, from fast gravel roads to rocky trails. The expanded clearance lets you run larger tires, adding versatility and confidence to your ride.
