The Chisel is engineered to be the most efficient pedalling bike in its class. Borrowing geometry from our Epic 8, it features a steep seat tube angle that optimises the rider’s pedalling position, and refined anti-squat technology that minimises pedal bob. We've taken a flex-stay rear end and refined it to offer class-leading suspension performance—without the extra weight or maintenance of traditional pivot designs. While flex-stay designs are common on carbon bikes, the Chisel brings this technology to advanced alloy, delivering the same efficiency, control, and lightweight feel, backed by extensive field and lab testing.
The Chisel further reduces weight with a one-piece hydroformed seat tube that integrates the seat tube pivot, main pivot, and bottom bracket shell into a single, seamless structure. This design eliminates the need for additional welds, resulting in a lighter, stronger frame that performs at the highest level.
