Like every Body Geometry shoe, the Recon 3.0 is ergonomically designed to optimise foot, knee, and hip alignment, improving comfort and increasing efficiency. Backed by science, the patented Body Geometry technology provides up to 7 extra watts of power—because performance should never come at the expense of comfort.

Stride Technology:

The Stride Technology outsole allows the Recon 3.0 to flex naturally around the toe box while maintaining a stiff cleat pocket for efficient pedalling. It’s designed to move with you when walking, but stiffens up when it’s time to put the power down.

The Recon 3.0 takes inspiration from our S-Works Recon, with refinements in lace routing, BOA® dial placement, and a precision carbon plate.
