Thank you for recent enquiry.
The IGH stands for internal gear hub and the bikes weight is around 27kg, the motor is mounted in the bottom bracket, lower mid section of the bike.
The bike can be serviced at any Specialized Concept store or multi brand independent authorised retailer.
