Introducing the new Specialized Diverge - the fastest and most capable bike for road and gravel adventures. With Future Shock 1.5 and gravel-specific design, this bike offers speed and confidence, ready for any terrain. Explore new rides with the ultimate getaway vehicle.

Whether you're seeking the freedom of gravel backroads, chasing a podium at your favourite gravel race, or simply looking for the most versatile bike for both road and dirt, the new Diverge is built to deliver. It’s the fastest, most capable—and maybe the most fun—bike we’ve ever made. Offering a ride that's quick and lively under power, but stable and confidence-inspiring when the terrain gets rough, the Diverge is your ticket to new gravel adventures. From Future Shock 1.5 and all-new gravel geometry to class-leading tire clearance, the Diverge is the culmination of everything we've learned over 40 years of riding road, gravel, and dirt. It's an entirely new chapter in gravel biking, opening up endless possibilities for exploration. The ultimate getaway vehicle.

Gravel riding may be relatively new, but the Diverge Sport Carbon is built on over four decades of experience. Featuring Future Shock 1.5 and a FACT 8r carbon frame, it offers a fast, comfortable, and confident ride across any terrain—whether it's smooth road, rugged gravel, or thick dirt. With Unbound-winning Pathfinder Pro 42mm tires, the same rubber found on our S-Works Diverge, you’re ready to ride fast and far, no matter what’s in your way.

Lively, Lightweight, and Ready for Anything

The Diverge Sport combines a FACT 8r carbon frame with race bike lightness and exceptional capability. Whether you’re sprinting for the dirt climb KOM or tackling a gruelling backcountry peak, the Diverge accelerates with ease and climbs faster, offering the perfect mix of agility and performance.

Future Shock 1.5: Ride Harder, Longer

Future Shock 1.5 brings 20mm of axial compliance, tuned specifically for gravel riding. It delivers smooth control and confidence over rough dirt roads and loose gravel, letting you stay off the brakes and keep your power down while keeping your hands, arms, and neck fresh. The result? You ride longer and faster with less fatigue, no matter the conditions.

Progressive Gravel Geometry

We’ve redefined gravel geometry with the Diverge—it’s the most progressive geometry we’ve ever designed for a drop-bar bike. With a longer reach, slacker head tube angle, and longer offset fork, the Diverge offers stability and control in the rough stuff, while still feeling nimble and responsive on the road. The lower bottom bracket increases stability, but we’ve also made it high enough to be compatible with 650b wheels for even more versatility.

Adventure-Ready Mounting Options

The Diverge is packed with practical rack mounts, including on the fork and top tube, so you can carry everything you need for your next big ride. Whether you're planning a short gravel loop or a long-distance adventure, the Diverge has you covered. (Note: All carbon models require an aftermarket seatpost clamp with rack mount to install a rear rack: Part Number: S184700001.)

Tire Clearance: The Key to Versatility

Nothing unlocks a bike’s potential like tire clearance. The Diverge offers a massive 47mm clearance with 700c wheels and 2.1” clearance with 650b wheels. Thanks to a solid carbon beam behind the chainrings, we’ve made room for these wide tires without relying on fragile dropped chainstays or increasing the chainstay length.

With the Diverge, you get a bike that’s fast, capable, and versatile—designed for riders who want to break boundaries and explore new gravel terrain. Ready to escape? The Diverge is waiting.
