Bike deliveries are arranged between 9.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. You will be contacted to arrange a convenient time once your order has been processed. Bikes may take up to 15 working days.
You can request that the courier leaves your order in a safe place or with a neighbour. We cannot accept responsibility for any subsequent damage once the order has been left at the delivery address.
If the courier is unable to deliver on the first attempt, they will leave a card. They will attempt delivery once more free of charge. After that, redelivery is charged at the courier’s standard rate.
We do not offer delivery outside of the UK through this website.
Contact the store you purchased from by email. You can find your nearest store using the store finder. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please include proof of return postage so we can refund you the cost.
All refunds are processed within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods. Items not collected from a delivery depot will not be refunded unless they are subsequently collected and returned, in which case a refund will be issued within 30 days minus the delivery charge.
You can cancel an order at any time up to 14 days from the date of delivery, as long as the items remain intact. Contact your store via email. You will need to cover the cost of returning the cancelled item.
Items must be returned unused, unfitted, and in as-sold condition in original packaging. Do not stick labels or write directly on the product or its original packaging.
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have the right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, and receive a full refund, as long as you do this within 30 days of purchase. Your rights are also protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
In addition to our standard returns policy, Cyclescheme purchases will be refunded to the employer by Cyclescheme once the return or refund has been requested by the retailer.
