DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Specialized Concept Stores offer FREE standard UK delivery on parts and accessories over £40. Items In-stock in our warehouse (*Excluding bikes) are delivered within 5-7 working days. 
*Bikes may take up to 15 working days.

Deliveries are made between 7am and 7pm. We use a combination of postal and courier services for our standard accessory deliveries.

Delivery

The cost of delivery as stated on your order.

We can usually arrange bike deliveries between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. You will be contacted to arrange a convenient time once your order has been processed.

If you are unavailable to take delivery of your order then you can request that our courier leaves it in a safe place or with a neighbour. However, we regret that we can accept no responsibility for subsequent damage that may occur, once the order has been left at the delivery address.

If at a first attempt the courier fails to deliver the order then they will leave a card and it will be up to the recipient to make arrangements to receive the order from them. The courier will try to deliver the order once more free of charge, after this they will charge out at their standard rate, this will be advised by the courier at the time of arranging any subsequent deliveries.

Delivery outside of the UK

We do not offer delivery outside of the UK through this website.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Returns: If order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 30 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. You can notify us by email the store you purchased from, store finder

All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods. Any items being returned must be in their original packaging to prevent any further damage. Please include proof of return postage so that we can refund you the cost.

We will not refund items that have not been collected from a delivery depo. All items must be collected and returned, a refund will then be issued within 30 days minus the delivery charge.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Cancellations: You can cancel an order at any time up to 30 days from the date of delivery as long as the items remain intact by contacting us via email the store you purchased from. We are sorry but you will have to cover the cost of returning the cancelled item. Goods are returned unused (and not having been fitted to a bike etc) and in as-sold condition in original packaging.

Items need to be wrapped or boxed up. Please do not directly stick labels or write on the item or the item's original packaging.

*This excludes tandems and electric bikes which will be subject to a delivery fee

**Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland will be subject to a delivery fee

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund - as long as you do this quickly. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product.

Cyclescheme Returns / Refunds

In addition to our standard returns and refund policy above, Cyclescheme purchases will be refunded to the employer by Cyclescheme once the return or refund has been requested by the retailer.
