"OK so I purchased a Levo Comp carbon gen 4 2025 in burnt orange size Medium around 3 weeks ago, a lady called Shirley helped me with the purchase as she's a friend aswell, she is a proper credit to your company and is well knowledgeable about your products, she made tge transaction a smooth one and even met me there to pick the new Steed up and take pictures????, the gentleman Andy did the handover thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble questions wise, Adam who dealt with the sale initially was very helpful and communicated with me until pick up date and was on hand a few times to steer me with extras for the bike, the Store manager Wayne took payment on the day and was very welcoming offering a coffee and a friendly vibe, a young chap there called Jack ive spoke to twice asking for advice on tyres and Shock knowledge, I've gotta say he is dialled in, very knowledgeable, wants to share his experiences and expertise, brilliant lad, on the whole I cannot recommend this place enough, fantastic ????"

"The Specialized Concept Store in Chester is the only place where I ever go for anything to do with bikes, repairs or servicing. I am a cyclist 7 days a week for both exercise and transport, so I cannot afford to risk my safety on the roads. Aaron and both Dave’s in the Chester workshop are responsible for repairs and servicing and I trust them with my life. They leave nothing to chance. Every new bike that leaves the store has to pass through their strict build regulations and satisfy their requirements. The quality of Specialized bikes and accessories is exceptional, and the range is sufficiently wide to accommodate every customer’s budget."

"Took a trip up from London and was not disappointed. Had a great chat with Jack who listened to what we were looking for and ballpark budget. Jack's got great knowledge and really helped choose our first ebike. We spent more than the original aim as it made sense, not because we were pressured (Jack showed us bikes that were also below budget)... and walked away with a lovely yellow Turbo Vado 4.0. Big thanks to Michael too who built the bike for us "quickly" as we'd taken a fair trip to get there.. all done while we popped into the local bar for a drink. Despite the location being 75 miles away.. we'll be back when looking for the next bike. Highly recommended! Thanks lads, massively appreciated! EDIT: Didn't take long to return.. now equipped with a Turbo Levo Expert too! Again, flawless service by everyone there! When the kids want a new bike... we'll head back for sure!"

"Best Customer Service Ever. I have been riding and buying bikes for the last 30 years, this purchase was a big investment, but I am so glad that I chose Specialized. Beautiful bikes that are built to last. My e Mtb warranty had run out in April 2025, so when I had a problem with the motor in August 2025 I expected the worse. How pleased was I when Specialized agreed to replace the motor under warranty, even though the warranty had run out. This generous act has made me a loyal customer of specialized bikes. I love my bike and ride every weekend, thanks to these guys I was riding this weekend clocking up 60 miles and 6000 ft of climbing. Thank you to all the staff at Fort Dunlop branch, especially Guy in the service dept."

"I recently picked up a used Diverge Sport Carbon and I needed the handlebars and stem changed back to OG as previous owner had swapped them out for a road bike setup. "The bike I wanted wasn’t in stock and Rob discussed my options with me and explained it would take 3-5 working days to arrive. He further explained that they only had one mechanic in at the time therefore would take up to a further 3 weeks to build etc which I didn’t mind. 10 days later I received a call to say the bike was ready for collection. The service I then received when collecting the bike was first rate (my bike was only the cheaper end of the scale but I believe the service would not have been any better had I bought one of their most expensive ones). Rob was a real credit to the store and I would not hesitate in recommending Specialized to friends, family etc"

They have previously given great knowledge and advice for free, but after a terrible month, a bad breakup and general run of bad luck in my life, they really helped me out and restored my faith in humanity. I had phoned ahead to inquire about help with pumping some air into my tires as I couldn't find my pump and they were more than happy to help, then, on the way in I had an accident and ended up with my hands cut up and my bike wheels were leaking fluid. They took my bike and in what felt like less than five minutes had it fixed up, shiny and new. It was a kindness that really made a terrible day so much better. Whatever their salary is, double it. They deserve it."

Jack was absolutely brilliant – he diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot, eliminating the squeak and restoring my bike to smooth performance. Beyond that, he took the time to share expert knowledge on chain lubrication, derailleur & chain care, and even gave me a fascinating overview of Specialized’s electric bikes. "Had a bike fit with Phil at Specialized. I'd bought new road bike & was stretched out on hood, crunched up on drop bars, & slight knee pain one side. I booked in with Phil at Specialized for bike fit as he did me Mountain bike 2 years ago & transformed my reading instead of struggling & effort, it was then a breeze to ride with a few changes. My road bike this week, Phil measured bike up, me, knees legs & all that, made a few tweeks to hoods, seat adjustments down, back etc. And totally different bike with no parts bought. Road it this Sunday & was natural & much less effort & no knee pain. Felt much more comfortable in the sit up position, slight bend in elbows as should be. Didn't feel crunched up when in the race position. Totally forgot when I got back, missus said How's your knee pain cause 1st ride minor left knee pain. There was none. So many people ride 10 years with the same bike with the odd niggle don't feel quite right or buy a stem here & there, when if you went to see Phil, 2 hours later, you all solved."

"We went to buy an electric bike for my husband. We went next door to the bike factory and due to the bike my hubby was interested in they took us next door to specialised. Wow what a customer service experience. Wish some big chains like currys would learn from companies like these. Robin was sooo knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. We’re not big cyclists so don’t know much and he never made us feel any question was a stupid one quite the opposite. He spent a good amount of time with us and took us through all the options, explained the service options and my husband chose a bike with confidence and his bike will be ready this week. Robin was super helpful and even brought his bike down to show us as they didnt have that model in store. He knows his stuff and told us he’d been cycling since thirteen years old! Was lovely to hear the shops independent family owned - we have to stop Blackrock owning everything lol Robin even knew all about the cycling voucher system we were using and that an employee can purchase a second bike in the future! "I've recently purchased an Roubaix SL8 on the bike to work scheme. Throughout the purchase I've relieved excellent help and advice. The bike was expertly put together by Pete and checked by Andy. The Sram AXS was explained really well and easy to access. Phil did a most excellent job of doing a quick but very through bike set up, including sorting some cleat gremlins out. Two rides in and I think I've found the ideal endurance/pave bike at last! As a cycle coach I'm pretty fussy, but would throughly recommend Specialized Nottingham for a new bike purchase, bike fit or bike maintenance."

"Smashing experience getting my bike sorted. Phoned up as I had a bit of a nightmare in the home workshop (stuck bottom bracket). Wayne told me to come down right away. Dan the mechanic sorted the issue the very same day (not bad for busy season!) and didn’t even charge me for getting it unstuck Super professional and most importantly friendly service. 5/5 - would recommend"

Explained the differences in the range of bike I was looking at and let me sit on the bike to get a feel of it. I will be returning buy the bike when it's in stock.
