"I bought myself a Specialized levo 4 alloy just before Christmas the guys at the shop have been amazing. Since buying the bike I’ve had no issues at all. Ive been back twice since once for its six week’s service, i had the guys fit the hillbilly tyres for me as its winter and muddy and I’m impressed with them second time I was having an issue with my back tyre holding air I walked in with the bike the guys look at it straight away and sorted the problem I’d definitely recommend the store customer service is amazing after sales is amazing and mostly because I didn’t feel pressured in to buy the bike at all I went to look around and apart from saying hello when I walk in I wasn’t bothered until I asked for more info"

"My friends hired a couple of bikes for the day to join me on a ride, and the whole experience was excellent. The bikes were solid and set up really well. On my way to meet them I managed to lose a couple of gears, but the staff were quick to help and sorted out my silly mistake in no time. Last summer I also got a puncture on the way home when a broken spoke ruined my rim, and they still patched me up enough to get me back safely. Always very helpful — I highly recommend their service. 10/10. Thanks!"

"These guys are brilliant, had an issue sorted with my bike ,Micheal was brilliant took one look and sorted issue in minutes then took the time to chat to me about the bike and the Gen 4 .I’ve been here for various bits and pieces and the guys are all was helpful and polite, Stef, Jack , Micheal in the workshop and in fact the whole team very good . This is customer service at its very best, and others should take note. I know where I’m going to go when it’s time to get a new bike and I know I’ll be looked after not just at purchase time but also after sale.. I throughly recommend them."

"Bought my eBike (Turbo Vado SL 4.0) from Specialized Ruislip. Done many thousands of trouble-free riding now. When I did have an issue with a rim, claim was processed by George and Dominic (manager) and the team were as professional as always: both replaced rims and back on the road. Highly professional environment and as busy as they are in the workshop, they found a slot on a Saturday morning for me as I wouldn't have been able to during the week. Buy your bike from this manufacturer and store...has definite advantages!"

"I visited on Saturday to hopefully purchase a bike. Having done some research, I was pretty sure which model I needed. (My husband already owning two of this brand, so I knew the quality was good- but on advice, I did look at a few others to compare) From the initial phone call with Dan, to help in the shop from both Jack and Dan, I couldn't have been treated better. Great care was taken to make sure the bike fitted, with plenty of test rides allowed. Lots of advice. Bonus too, as they had the colour I wanted ! Dan put the bike together while I waited and kindly attached the extras I bought. Absolutely the best experience. Thank you guys. I most definitely recommend anyone looking for either a road or mountain bike, both competitive and recreation to have a look at the vast stock here, you wont be disappointed. Thanks again Julia"

"OK so I purchased a Levo Comp carbon gen 4 2025 in burnt orange size Medium around 3 weeks ago, a lady called Shirley helped me with the purchase as she's a friend aswell, she is a proper credit to your company and is well knowledgeable about your products, she made tge transaction a smooth one and even met me there to pick the new Steed up and take pictures????, the gentleman Andy did the handover thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble questions wise, Adam who dealt with the sale initially was very helpful and communicated with me until pick up date and was on hand a few times to steer me with extras for the bike, the Store manager Wayne took payment on the day and was very welcoming offering a coffee and a friendly vibe, a young chap there called Jack ive spoke to twice asking for advice on tyres and Shock knowledge, I've gotta say he is dialled in, very knowledgeable, wants to share his experiences and expertise, brilliant lad, on the whole I cannot recommend this place enough, fantastic ????"
