"Late writing this as always. Anyway my wife and I dropped off our bikes in the morning for their first service under warranty. They were done by early afternoon. So most decent dealers can do this I guess. Except here its the way you are dealt with which tops it all. My bike is not particularly standard. And I didnt buy it through them. Having said that I felt guilty and bought my wife's bike from them. This was the 1st service for both our bikes. And I actually said I expected to pay for mine. But they wouldnt take any money. But as I said its not about that. We were treated like we mattered. And the tech really knows his stuff too. The other thing is we both thought our bikes rode fine before we took them in for service. How wrong we were. I use mine everyday and after 3mths it still rides sweetly. Highly recommended."

"An excellent telephone experience. I needed a couple of bolts, easy enough to find something similar online but you never know whether it's the right thing, the quality is up to scratch etc. So I called on the off chance the dealer might have what I needed. Spoke with a great guy (Jack), he took the time listening to me (poorly) explain what I thought I needed, he couldn't find the replacements at the time and said he'd see what he could do and told me to call back the next day. I did so and he delivered. "Online" has taken so much away from physical stores and I'm as guilty as everyone else, but service like this is a timely reminder sometimes you just need to speak with someone in-store that knows what they're taking about and will take the time to help. "Absolutely blown away by the customer service of Specialized Chester. I had been emailing, ringing and WhatsApp to find a replacement battery for my Specialized Turbo FLR bike. I had no luck. Then almost out of the blue had an email from Crian at Specialized Chester saying 'Ring us, we may be able to help with a free replacement' I called and it was arranged. He even sorted it with HQ to be sent to my local branch in Birmingham. I never went instore but I would if I could. I now know the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I will always buy Specialized now and if I ever visit Chester I will head to this branch. Absolultey amazing work. I have been delighted, amazed and grateful of the incredible customer service. Thank you so much!"

"Fantastic service with very professional, friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble, being newbies on e-bikes we needed a fair bit of help but never felt we were being a nuisance. We were committed hybrid bike user but decided to buy 2 Specialized Vado 5 step through bikes after a mountainous bike holiday in Spain. Purchased over the phone, collected them 1-week later and rode them home, 24 miles. Bikes were brilliant and the trip barely used any of the battery power. Should have invested in these bikes much earlier and now wouldn’t ride anything else."

Beginner here to mountain biking and the advice and guidance that Charlie gave (including naming great places to visit) was much needed and appreciated - he also did it in a friendly and welcoming manner that was easy to understand, considering he was someone who is clearly an expert on the subject talking to someone who was an absolute novice. In the meantime I have bought the odd bits and bobs and found the staff to be super friendly and knowledgeable. Even when asking about frames/parts etc they were never pushy but always had the time to explain what everything meant. Fast forward to now I recently finished a custom S-WORKS bike build here, and I have just had my first service. Buying all the parts for my bike I thought was going to be an arduous task. But the staff here totally changed that. They have been superb. From sourcing scarce parts over the COVID/Brexit years to keeping them safe in the warehouse, the whole experience has been fantastic. I would like to make a special mention about Alex who probably talked to me more than his own family during that time, for his patience, product knowledge and help. He's an asset as are the other staff members. Now I have my bike build, I won't be a stranger, I will pop in whenever I'm in the area for a coffee and a chat. "I just want to take a few moment to explain how exceptional the quality of service was from the team at Specialized Chester. I took my bike in for some warranty work and to have several updates completed, and from the very first moment I walked in I was made to feel extremely welcome. My specific requests were carefully adhered to and as promised the work was completed swiftly and efficiently. I was also impressed with the workshop manager David Wingrove, whom not only completed the work on my bike in full to an extremely high standard, but kept me fully updated throughout. I cannot recommend him enough if you require any form of maintenance on your Specialized bike. It was well worth the 80 mile round trip to receive service of this calibre.
