"Fantastic service with very professional, friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble, being newbies on e-bikes we needed a fair bit of help but never felt we were being a nuisance. We were committed hybrid bike user but decided to buy 2 Specialized Vado 5 step through bikes after a mountainous bike holiday in Spain. Purchased over the phone, collected them 1-week later and rode them home, 24 miles. Bikes were brilliant and the trip barely used any of the battery power. Should have invested in these bikes much earlier and now wouldn’t ride anything else."

"Big shout out to Charlie who spent a lot of time helping make sure my new bike was set up properly and talking me through all the bells and whistles it came with. Beginner here to mountain biking and the advice and guidance that Charlie gave (including naming great places to visit) was much needed and appreciated - he also did it in a friendly and welcoming manner that was easy to understand, considering he was someone who is clearly an expert on the subject talking to someone who was an absolute novice. Oh and the bike is awesome too!"

"I recently bought a new tarmac and this guys where by far my best experience in customer service. Andy and Jack were fenomenal. Always polite, friendly,patient with all my questions and very very professional. I live in central London and I have very well known bike shops here and if I had to compared them to this most famous shop in London that we all know near to Richmond park. This guys give 20-0. "I have been visiting this store on/off for the past 12 years or so, lusting over one day owning a top end bike. In the meantime I have bought the odd bits and bobs and found the staff to be super friendly and knowledgeable. Even when asking about frames/parts etc they were never pushy but always had the time to explain what everything meant. Fast forward to now I recently finished a custom S-WORKS bike build here, and I have just had my first service. Buying all the parts for my bike I thought was going to be an arduous task. But the staff here totally changed that. They have been superb. From sourcing scarce parts over the COVID/Brexit years to keeping them safe in the warehouse, the whole experience has been fantastic. I would like to make a special mention about Alex who probably talked to me more than his own family during that time, for his patience, product knowledge and help. He's an asset as are the other staff members. Now I have my bike build, I won't be a stranger, I will pop in whenever I'm in the area for a coffee and a chat. Anyone thinking of buying a bike from here, do it. You won't be disappointed. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work ????"

"I just want to take a few moment to explain how exceptional the quality of service was from the team at Specialized Chester. I took my bike in for some warranty work and to have several updates completed, and from the very first moment I walked in I was made to feel extremely welcome. My specific requests were carefully adhered to and as promised the work was completed swiftly and efficiently. I was also impressed with the workshop manager David Wingrove, whom not only completed the work on my bike in full to an extremely high standard, but kept me fully updated throughout. I cannot recommend him enough if you require any form of maintenance on your Specialized bike. It was well worth the 80 mile round trip to receive service of this calibre. Thank you to the team at Specialized Chester once again and see you in the near future for a service. Marc."
