"Best Customer Service Ever. I have been riding and buying bikes for the last 30 years, this purchase was a big investment, but I am so glad that I chose Specialized. Beautiful bikes that are built to last. My e Mtb warranty had run out in April 2025, so when I had a problem with the motor in August 2025 I expected the worse. How pleased was I when Specialized agreed to replace the motor under warranty, even though the warranty had run out. This generous act has made me a loyal customer of specialized bikes. I love my bike and ride every weekend, thanks to these guys I was riding this weekend clocking up 60 miles and 6000 ft of climbing. It arrived by courier just two days later on Thursday morning. I then had an unexpected compatibility issue with a component I was transferring to the new frame. I was able to speak to mechanic (Troy) at the store and the information he gave me resolved the issue."

"25/9/24 - Absolutely blown away by the service of Specialized. They replaced my e-bike free of charge. Communication was great. Specialized Chester sorted the replacement for me and it was sent to Birmingham branch straight away. Contacted by Danny, who was extremely helpful, to say when I could come in. Collected yesterday and he very clearly explained why Specialized at helped on this occasion. I also went and bought a helmet - Specilaized Loma (why would I buy any other brand now). "I went into store on 24th August, Rob the owner/manager was on hand to look after me. From the very start I found him to be polite and helpful, he is very obviously knowledgeable and experienced – offering some great insight. After allowing me to try various different bikes, in different frame sizes, in store, I eventually settled on the Tarmac range. Having put together a great package, including some changes to finishing kit, I got the fantastic news the bike was ready for collection (in less than a week!). I had already entered a local charity sportive, after some 60+ miles I can honestly say the SL6 was a delight to ride – thanks in no small part to Rob and the team. Would highly recommend – I’ll definitely be back again!"

"I booked my 2018 Specialised Roubaix in to have the future shock replaced (I had a nasty rattle) The work was explained to me and I was treated with courtesy and respect (considering the age of the bike) I also had the front bearings replaced as they were shot. I was shown the old bearings which built my trust. The work was completed in 30 minutes. I was so pleased I treated myself to a new pair of shoes whilst I was there! Everyone I met or spoke to was friendly and helpful….. all in all a first class experience."

"Just returned home with my Roubaix fixed by a very helpful, knowledgeable and skilled mechanic (Guy). A simple swap of a shim solved a compatibility issue with the 1.0 and 1.5 future shock system. Huge gratitude to Guy for sorting a problem caused by Certini sending me the wrong shim with my replacement cartridge. Very happy."
