"Dropped in yesterday with my front wheel and a flat tyre. I thought it was a tubeless tyre because of the brand but the guy soon put me right - in fact it was a tubeless wheel that contained an ordinary inner tube! He changed the tube for me there and then for a nominal cost. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Great service. And thanks for just dropping what he was doing and sorting me out ????"

"Took my Aethos back with brake isdue; Guy who booked me in was polite Guy who phoned to say bike was ready, was courteous and friendly Guy who I collected bike from was easily my best customer service experience ...anywhere, in recent times - courteous, friendly, informative, but mainly just all round top Guy. I just wish I'd taken note of his name , so Certini would know... but he rides and plays a bit of golf, if thst helps them. Brilliant tbh I would just add... I appreciate you are all busy.... often on the phone...but a little nod or 'won't be a sec" to anyone waiting to be served in store helps stacks. ... but honestly... give that lad a pay bonus :)"

"If you want a brand new bike and the best expert cycling advice in Bristol, this is the place to go! I did the cycle to work scheme and Andre and the staff at Bristol Specialized store were super friendly, helpful and gave me really good advice on different bikes and accessories. They have alot of knowledge and experience and it helped me make the right decisions when choosing a new bike and buying accessories. They would spend time with me to go through the different products and made me feel like a valued customer. Would 100% recommended this store if you are looking for a new bike. "Huge thank you to Patrycja for going above and beyond to sort my bike out! My bike's front derailleur was not shifting properly despite a recent service at the Specialized Store so I admit I was initially a bit disappointed to develop this problem so soon after a gold service with lots of new parts fitted including new chain, cassette, and front and rear gear cables. But Patrycja totally compensated for this. She kindly fitted me in the same day and spent a lot of time and effort checking my bike over, even picked up another problem (chain too loose) which she fixed for no extra charge, just to make sure I was a satisfied customer. And I really am now! Thanks again!"
