"Fantastic experience over the last 5 years or so of buying bikes and servicing. Each purchase has been a great experience and the guys are very good at bike fitting to the point where you don't have that first ride with adjustments every 30 minutes to get the position right. Servicing is first class. Always very attentive and have rescued me on many occasions. Highly recommend for all budgets and especially servicing ????"

"I have been going to this shop for several years now. The customer service, expert input, and assistance from the sales team (special shout out to Joe!) is second to none. I have had some ongoing issues with one of my bikes and they have really gone above and beyond to help me resolve these. The quality of work from the mechanics in the servicing team is spot on; having experts in the specific bike brand that you choose to ride is a huge advantage when you want to ensure your bikes get the best care - which they always do. Can't recommend the shop highly enough."

"Recently purchased a new bike from the Specialized store in Harrogate, the 4th bike I have purchased from them. As always the team have been amazing and I highly recommend this store to everyone. The new bike is custom built s-works, there was no pressure to buy anything except what I wanted, Felix dealt with the sale from end to end, his advice and direction was exceptional. I also wanted to call out Dan who took on the project to build the bike, it is so much fun to ride, handles brilliantly and feels so comfortable on any ride. "Was looking to purchase a new electric bike in Jan 2024. I reached out to 10+ stores in my search for advice and a good deal. Specialized Harrogate were head and shoulders above them all. Joe was the person I spoke to first and stayed with him for the whole journey. Nothing was too much trouble and gave lots of useful advice and suggestions. Actually I was so impressed by the level of customer service and feeling valued I ended up purchasing 2 Specialized Turbo Levo Alloy Comps (one for my partner, who would have been really miffed if it was just me with the new mountain bike). If you need help, great service and great bikes you won’t go far wrong reaching out to Specialized Harrogate, and he might hate me for saying it, but ask for Joe."

Both are very trustworthy and evidently reliable..Daniel represents the mechanical team with excellent attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Our group traveled from Cornwall and this shop saved our trip from failure by sourcing a part which had a specification that was pretty difficult to work out … I would recommend this outfit as a got to choice especially if you value a detailed knowledge of your bicycle.
