"I spoke to Csaba over the telephone for advice as I was really struggling to find what I wanted in Scotland. The chap was excellent, really knowledgeable and went the extra mile for me. I got excellent advice about upgrading parts in the future and purchased a Riprock 20 for my young son. The Bike came delivered to my door this afternoon. It’s excellent, just what I was looking for at a very good price and with free delivery. The whole experience has been top notch, I would highly recommend this shop! "I recently bought a Specialised Sirrus X4 from another retailer - the frame size and colour I wanted were not in stock in the Norwich store - and Specialised head office didn't have access to one, nor knew when they may get any more). I managed to find my bike elsewhere, new, and had it sent to my home, after first checking with the Specialised store in Norwich that they would be happy to put it together for me - they were. When I took it to Norwich for the build there were some minor issues with blemishes and the accessories were not present. I contacted my retailer who posted on the missing parts speedily, and the guys in Norwich built my bike for me. I cannot recommend the Norwich store highly enough. From the moment I first walked in the store I have been treated with courtesy, never rushed and I was highly impressed with their knowledge, experience and advice. I would be delighted to buy from them again. Special thanks to Chris and, especially, Csaba, for all your help and support."
