The sole of the S-Works Recon shoes features a rubber toe and heel for excellent off-the-bike traction, while the pontoons are made of a harder TPU material to ensure stability and efficient power transfer to the pedal. The Padlock™ Heel offers exceptional comfort and heel hold. Additionally, the upper of the shoe is made from space-grade Dyneema™ material that does not stretch when pulled, providing a secure fit. These features combine to ensure that every watt of power is utilized effectively.

In terms of comfort, the S-Works Recon shoes incorporate Body Geometry features such as the Longitudinal Arch Varus Wedge and Metatarsal Button.
