AFFECTED MODELS: If you own a Specialized Roubaix, Ruby, Diverge, and/or Sirrus bike equipped with a Future Shock (model list below), please stop using your bike immediately and bring it to your nearest Authorized Specialized Retailer. If you are unsure whether you have an affected bike, your Authorized Specialized Retailer will be able to tell you.
WHAT IS THE ISSUE: The steerer tube collar may be susceptible to stress corrosion cracking which may result in a sudden loss of steering control.
WHAT WILL SPECIALIZED DO FOR AFFECTED RIDERS: If your bike is affected, your Authorised Specialized Retailer will change out the affected collar with a new improved one at no cost to you.
