A full BG Fit performed in our private studio, on a fully adjustable Retul Muve bike with motion capture software leaves no stone unturned. We start off with a few questions to get an idea of you as a rider, your riding history, and any previous injuries. We then move on to a physical assessment to see how you function, assessing your range of motion and flexibility. Using this information we then assess your current position before making adjustments, maximizing efficiency and performance while avoiding discomfort or injury.
