"Excellent experience with Specialized. Had a bike fit and bought a new bike based on recommendations from Phil. His expert knowledge has meant that riding has become more enjoyable and comfortable. My riding position has become more efficient and the bike recommended meets my needs (and wants) perfectly. At no point did I feel pressurised to purchase. It was great to be provided with all the information I needed to make a decision. O too if this, they were great in sourcing the model and colour I wanted and patient whilst I was able to sort my bike to work scheme. Phil is friendly and a perfectionist in bike fitting making every minor adjustment to make it right. The follow up service and care is phenomenal and just want to ensure you love riding."

"They are closest to me, yet there are busiest around. It take around 3 weeks to get your date. Bike fixed (shifting), even after first ride it needed some tuning and it was done for free of charge. More expensive then others but in best quality."

"Popped into the shop with my gravel bike because its SRAM gears had stopped working and wouldn't get going even after a hard reset. Despite being clearly swamped with work Matt had a look at it, tried swapping out the shifter batteries then reset the system and restored it to full working order within minutes! Friendly, professional and great vibes in the store; I highly recommend anyone to pop in to get their bikes serviced - I definitely will! Thank you guys :)"

"I took possession of a Ribble CGR bike. Unfortunately, the DI2 firmware on the levers had not been updated prior to delivery. Ribble advised that I ask a local shop to update it and that they would reimburse £30 towards the cost. After trying several ‘local’ bike shops I contacted Specialized in Nottingham. They said that they could do it and to just drop by as there was a 2 week wait in the service department. I cycled over the next day. Matt connected up the interface and updated the software. It was all done in minutes. Matt and the whole team were fantastic. As it only took a few minutes, there was no charge. I explained that I could get it refunded but they waived any charge. I whole heartedly recommend Matt and the team. My bike will be going back there when it is time for it’s first service. Thank you chaps. First class service."

I had tried an online bike-fit and another local bike-fit with no positive results. I had a 100 miler coming up and needed a miracle 1 week before the ride. Well, Phil provided that miracle. I rode the 100 miler 2 weeks later, no numb feet/hands & no IT Band pain. Can't recommend Phil enough. Friendly, down to earth & highly knowledgeable & interesting."

"After owning my time trial / triathlon bike for over 10 years and racing several half and full distance tri’s I was never quite comfortable with my TT position and looking at race photos I wasn’t as aero as many, despite putting myself in what I classed as an uncomfortable aero position. Anyway, a friend of mine recommended Phil Craddock ant Retul/Specialised Nottingham, and honestly it was the best money I’ve ever spent. The fitting process was so so thorough, Phil is so knowledgable and has so much experience, he spent hours tweaking my position, involving footbeds and cleats. The result was that I knocked 30mins off my Ironman bike split last weekend and finished with a PB. But beyond that, I’m in a comfortable aero position and one that when I get off the bike to run I have no lower back stiffness at all. The service is unbelievably good. A lovely chap too, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I will be back with my road bike soon. Many thanks!!!!"
